Feel Like Loosing Weight But The Scale Stays The Same



You might be feeling like loosing weight but the scale stays the same. If you are on a diet and have been working a lot lately and counting everything perfect still when you step on the scale it does not move or maybe it has gone higher than it was before the reason for this is mainly simple, 

Reason 1
You are loosing weight but gaining muscle.

This happens to many people (including me) and then you get upset, well there is no need to be upset, muscle ways far more than your body fats

if you look it in a way you are looking for fat loss but not weight loss

Then the Question is how can you calculate your fat loss

and the answer to that is also fairly simple, take measurements of your body, and measure yourself after every 2 weeks or maybe after a month you will actually notice the different but scale might stays the same because your muscle has weight too when you are exercising your body makes muscle which tends to have more weight than your fats.

Reason 2
The time at which you measure yourself.

This is the common mistake which most of us make you should measure yourself at the same time, if  you check your weight in the morning it will be actually different than the weight you will have in the evening

and there are many reasons for this, you could be dehydrated or you might have eaten something which is not properly digested
Or you might be wearing something heavier than the time you have weigh yourself before

Tips
1.Weigh yourself Naked (If Possible) then you will know exactly what your weight is instead of the weight of your clothes

2. Like i said before weigh yourself at the same time after every 3 days or maybe after a week

3. If possible measure yourself after a week or maybe a month after you will know actually what your measurements are because you are focusing on your fats not your weight.

So you have decided to lose weight, now the problem for you is to decide how to properly do it. Not to worry i will show you the best ways on how i lost 40 kg in 1 year!

Yeah you heard me, this is not some advertisement its just some tips that i want to give you:

First of all, 
if you want to loose weight you should know your BMR (you can calculate yours Here) What this is, it tells you that how many calories you burn per day without you doing anything...

My BMR is 1,800 calories (Because of my height, doesn't matter if yours is more or less) so daily if i consume 1200-1300 calories then i save 500 calories so in a week i save 3500 (which is equal to 1 pound) so in one week you loose 1 pound in a way in 1 month you loose 2-3 kg's

Second, is exercise i will come to that later on this article on tips.

Now you might be thinking that this will take you too long to loose weight but obviously if you want to loose weight so you have to be patient

Some Tips To Boost This Process
1. Drink Mild Water with honey or lemon or both in the morning, half an hour before you eat anything... this will help your metabolism boosted up and will not allow any of your food to turn into fats (unless you are eating pure fats)

2. Do not Drink Water after the meal... it will slowdown your metabolism, resulting everything you eat if its not properly digested it will be turned into fats

3. Do not eat heavy at night, this is the one of the most important point where most of us start gaining weight and do not realise how am i gaining weight if i am not eating too much per day

your metabolism is the slowest at night, and if you eat heavy and sleep after that your body will not properly digest and all that of what is not properly digested will start to convert into fats

you should eat almost 4 hours before you go to sleep and if possible try to walk 10-15 minutes after your night meal or every meal if possible, it will help you digest a lot than you think

4.Choose your diet properly, I am not going to suggest food as all of us have different taste so you can choose that on your own just remember that depending on your BMR you should wisely choose it and try to change it every week if possible. it should not contain more fats and it should contain enough vitamins and proteins so that you should not feel weak

5.Cheat Day, 60% of the people that diet they have cheat day, what cheat day is its one day of the week where you can eat whatever you want, for example you are not allowed to have pizza in the diet but you should have one day in a week where you can eat pizza and other Drinks which you like

Why? you cannot keep up your diet if you dont have anything to look forward to, you will know that if you are eating vegetables today so you can eat anything one that particular day and will not break your motivation and also you will not get tired of dieting

6. Exercise . The MOST fundamental part of weight loss is what i am about to tell you now. Yes it is true that weight loss can be achieved by simply dieting but you will be out of shape, there is no point of loosing weight if your body is out of shape thats why it is the most important point of the weight loss

You will build muscles which will not only help you make feel good, but also help you loose weight far much more quicker than you think..

You surely want loose weight, everyone of us does. But its not an easy task to achieve, Is it? Should You Drink Hot Or Cold Water


You all know that water is one of the key component when it comes to loose weight, it also keeps you hydrated and keeps your metabolism boosting. You Might have heard this from many people that you should drink cold water in order to loose weight. This is true in one way,

For Example if you are drinking water alone means if you are not eating anything with it then you should drink cold water, because the calories which your body burns that cold water to your body level is useful to you as you burn calories and your system is up and running, 

But, If you are eating anything, like if its your meal time then you should NOT drink cold water, you should always drink Hot water Reason being that if you do drink cold water it will slow down your metabolism which in case your food will not be properly digested which leads to fats. while hot or mild water will help you digest your food.

How And When To Drink Water For Weight Loss:

You should Drink hot or mild water with Lemon or Honey or Both (the quantity of lemon should not be too much otherwise it can cause acidity rise in your stomach, say 1 lemon in the morning is more than enough) this helps your metabolism boosted up for the whole day, this method is more useful than you think...

Second you should drink water before meal (doesn't matter whether hot or cold) this also helps your metabolism to digest more quickly so what ever you eat in the afternoon or any time you have meal this will help you.

DO NOT drink water after your meal. it slows down your metabolism and all of that which you've eaten is not digested properly which leads to fats.

Before your dinner you should drink water, but not after the meal (most of the weight gain takes place if after your meal you just lay down and sleep, all that which is not properly digested is converted into fats and if you drink water it will slow down your digestion much more)

One Glass you should Drink before going to bed, it clears acidity in your stomach and help your stomach relax.

Tip: You Should Eat your last meal 4 hours before you go to sleep.

Exercise and Weight Loss



Is Exercise really required for your weight loss? 


you hear this from lot of people that exercise is not as important as diet because you can easily achieve weight loss with diet. Yes you can loose weight without exercising. its True as weight loss is 70% diet and 30% of your workout, BUT  the weight loss you achieve without exercising is not more rewarding as the one you achieve with exercising and also it takes much more time. 

If you don't exercise and lose weight your outer body fat will still be there, even if you get rid of that somehow (depending on the genetics) your body will not be in shape. which takes me to another question. Why do you want to lose weight? why do most of us want to lose weight? obviously to Look GOOD or To be in SHAPE.  So what is the point of loosing weight if your body still ends up NOT looking Good. 


So, my Suggestion is you must exercise.



Now next question is how and what to exercise?




There are many types of exercises and mostly on the same purpose to either be healthy (Physically and Mentally fit) or to be in shape.


you can do cardio exercises like running, rope jumping, climbing, (most effective for weight loss as it burns more calories and fats)


or you can join a gym for strength training and build muscles. (It is how i lost weight),


and most importantly "Don't Overdo It" some people might have more motivation and they overdo it but its just making you more tire and hungry as well which in the end leads to eat more and hence you eat all the calories which you just burned. And also if your body cant take it then it can cause some serious injuries if you overdo your workout.

Some Tips On Weight Loss

(Personal Experience: Lost 40 kg in 1 year )

Eating everyday the limited number of calories is enough for you to keep your weight on the same page but to lose weight you definitely need to do some work to get that extra fat going. Here are some tips which helped me lost weight:



1. Do not try the food while cooking.

2. When you're are hungry between meals, Do not tend for snacks which are more in calories in fact go for those which are really less and healthy like Fruits or Vegetables.


3.Eating fruits and vegetables is a good idea but not all the time you should not eat more than your body eats, i personally think that everybody now a days knows that calories in should be less than calories used (or you need) to achieve weight loss.


4.If you have enough Motivation don't even have snacks between meals, But i think that'll make weight loss too hard for you. In that case try some Dry Nuts as a snacks. or maybe a glass of water can help you end your hunger.


5.Don't  eat too much at Night. its because your metabolism works the slowest at night, and all that which is not properly digested turns directly into fats. 


6. You SHOULD eat more in your breakfast... its your whole day need. and also you'll be working all day if you do eat less in the breakfast you will feel dizzy, which causes a loss in vitamins sometimes


7.You Should choose your diet carefully you don't have to eat to much but not less as well. if your BMR(The calories you burn without doing nothing, you can calculate yours by searching on google) is somewhere around 1,700 you should eat around 12,000 . NOT LESS.


8. Last but not least "Exercise". its true that weight loss is consisted 70% of diet and 30% of your exercise but exercise is more than just weight loss, you will feel confident, motivated, and Strong.
