You know its that time of season when watermelon is one of the most popular fruit to eat. you must've heard that if you want to loose weight you must avoid sugar, well not the ones which are natural (avoid only refined sugar) and specially you should not avoid watermelon if you want to loose weight, you heard me. Obviously you cannot eat more in your diet but if you eat it with some tips then you  can easily loose weight with this wonder fruit.

Watermelon is full of nutrition which helps you a lot in your weight loss, it has been found that one cup of watermelon contains 46 calories in which 9.42g is the sugar due to which you taste sweetness in it and 12.3g Vitamin C, 11mg of calcium and most importantly 6889mg of the antioxidant-rich vitamin lycopene.

You Will Not Feel Hungry
Staying full in the diet is the most important and could be the difficult factor because you are counting your daily calories and you're afraid if you eat too much it'll be effected in your diet, But if you have watermelon then you can consume less calories and you will feel full.

Digestion
Not only it keeps you full or fill your most of the daily needed vitamins it also helps you a lot in digestion which is also one of the most factor in the weight loss. Because as you know if your food is not properly digested then the remaining is converted into fats. you should eat this at night (Not very Much and don't cut out the seeds of watermelon those are the most beneficial in digestion) Because at night your metabolism is the slowest, so your food is not properly digested, Watermelon will help you to digest.
