Lose Fat And Gain Muscle

The one question that is asked by many people that can you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?
and the simple answer is Yes.

 In fact by gaining muscle you will be able to lose your fat even faster, Now lets explain how this works,

It all depends on your diet when it comes to losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time.
Losing fat is achieved by decreasing your calorie intake while bulking or muscle gaining is achieved by eating more and more... or is it?

Hello Everyone, 

This is my story and i have been running this blog for quite some time now to help you guys out who are trying to lose weight.

 Here is how i lost 50 kg (110 Pounds) in 2 years...

This is me before i started to lose weight!
  (17 Years)



And this who i am now...

It is not easy to lose weight and we all know that but if you have the determination then you can do it too. keeping the determination up to 2 years is not an easy task but with a lot of help from friends and my family i finally achieved my goal.

How did i do it?

Like everyone else does

1. Exercise
2. Diet
3. Enough Motivation (That kept me going)

1. Exercise

I went to the gym about 5-6 days a week, and worked out for about 1 hour or sometimes for a hour and a half. i did cardio first for about 20 minutes then continued weight lifting for the rest of my workout.

Tip: Don't Skip Leg Day...

2. Diet

The most crucial part of weight loss or rather i say fat loss is your nutrition, your exercises are almost pointless if you don't diet, you should eat around 5-6 times a day not to keep you full, but to keep your metabolism running. Your each meal should contain enough proteins, vegetables and SOME carbs if you are on low carbs diet then you should watch the amount of carbs you are eating.

3. Enough Motivation

 Think about why you started and what you want to achieve if you don't have will power then you are probably going to stop dieting after 1 week or 1 month... and also stop making excuses that you don't have enough time or that it is raining outside so i am going to skip gym today.

These are all the excuses that all of us make when we are lazy.


Finally, Everybody has a different body structure, i personally had more fat than i had muscle so i focused more on losing fat and gaining muscle which had a nice result at the end.

You might be feeling like loosing weight but the scale stays the same. If you are on a diet and have been working a lot lately and counting everything perfect still when you step on the scale it does not move or maybe it has gone higher than it was before the reason for this is mainly simple, 

Reason 1
You are loosing weight but gaining muscle.

This happens to many people (including me) and then you get upset, well there is no need to be upset, muscle ways far more than your body fats

if you look it in a way you are looking for fat loss but not weight loss

Then the Question is how can you calculate your fat loss

and the answer to that is also fairly simple, take measurements of your body, and measure yourself after every 2 weeks or maybe after a month you will actually notice the different but scale might stays the same because your muscle has weight too when you are exercising your body makes muscle which tends to have more weight than your fats.

Reason 2
The time at which you measure yourself.

This is the common mistake which most of us make you should measure yourself at the same time, if  you check your weight in the morning it will be actually different than the weight you will have in the evening

and there are many reasons for this, you could be dehydrated or you might have eaten something which is not properly digested
Or you might be wearing something heavier than the time you have weigh yourself before

Tips
1.Weigh yourself Naked (If Possible) then you will know exactly what your weight is instead of the weight of your clothes

2. Like i said before weigh yourself at the same time after every 3 days or maybe after a week

3. If possible measure yourself after a week or maybe a month after you will know actually what your measurements are because you are focusing on your fats not your weight.

So you have decided to lose weight, now the problem for you is to decide how to properly do it. Not to worry i will show you the best ways on how i lost 40 kg in 1 year!

Yeah you heard me, this is not some advertisement its just some tips that i want to give you:

First of all, 
if you want to loose weight you should know your BMR (you can calculate yours Here) What this is, it tells you that how many calories you burn per day without you doing anything...

My BMR is 1,800 calories (Because of my height, doesn't matter if yours is more or less) so daily if i consume 1200-1300 calories then i save 500 calories so in a week i save 3500 (which is equal to 1 pound) so in one week you loose 1 pound in a way in 1 month you loose 2-3 kg's

Second, is exercise i will come to that later on this article on tips.

Now you might be thinking that this will take you too long to loose weight but obviously if you want to loose weight so you have to be patient

Some Tips To Boost This Process
1. Drink Mild Water with honey or lemon or both in the morning, half an hour before you eat anything... this will help your metabolism boosted up and will not allow any of your food to turn into fats (unless you are eating pure fats)

2. Do not Drink Water after the meal... it will slowdown your metabolism, resulting everything you eat if its not properly digested it will be turned into fats

3. Do not eat heavy at night, this is the one of the most important point where most of us start gaining weight and do not realise how am i gaining weight if i am not eating too much per day

your metabolism is the slowest at night, and if you eat heavy and sleep after that your body will not properly digest and all that of what is not properly digested will start to convert into fats

you should eat almost 4 hours before you go to sleep and if possible try to walk 10-15 minutes after your night meal or every meal if possible, it will help you digest a lot than you think

4.Choose your diet properly, I am not going to suggest food as all of us have different taste so you can choose that on your own just remember that depending on your BMR you should wisely choose it and try to change it every week if possible. it should not contain more fats and it should contain enough vitamins and proteins so that you should not feel weak

5.Cheat Day, 60% of the people that diet they have cheat day, what cheat day is its one day of the week where you can eat whatever you want, for example you are not allowed to have pizza in the diet but you should have one day in a week where you can eat pizza and other Drinks which you like

Why? you cannot keep up your diet if you dont have anything to look forward to, you will know that if you are eating vegetables today so you can eat anything one that particular day and will not break your motivation and also you will not get tired of dieting

6. Exercise . The MOST fundamental part of weight loss is what i am about to tell you now. Yes it is true that weight loss can be achieved by simply dieting but you will be out of shape, there is no point of loosing weight if your body is out of shape thats why it is the most important point of the weight loss

You will build muscles which will not only help you make feel good, but also help you loose weight far much more quicker than you think..

You surely want loose weight, everyone of us does. But its not an easy task to achieve, Is it? Though you might have heard about these and many of the fitness programmers or trainers recommend these, but are these weight loss pills really useful? Do they help you in anyway? even if they do, what are the side effects of this? today we are going to discuss on this particular topic that why you should avoid these pills
